BERRA DESARROLLOS CREATIVOS
was hired in 2007 to put together
and operate the Pavilion.
The Hall was to represent Salta
at the International Fair of Northwest Argentina.
It expressed the province’s culture,
their productive activities,
tourist attractions and technological edge.
Lighting effects highlighted a dome of 30 m diameter. It was a powerful and expressive counterpoint between the traditional and the technological. Spectators entered through a tunnel with images and sounds, which run trough Salta’s history. The dome was called "Mirador del Presente". Inside it there was an auditorium with surround image and a map of Salta, which was animated along the audiovisual narrative.
